Cet \u00e9tat singulier implique le passage du visible \u00e0 l&#8217;invisible, un changement d&#8217;\u00e9tat qui se projette dans de multiples directions vers une lente d\u00e9sint\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vid\u00e9os et les films questionnent la fa\u00e7on dont cette condition \u00e9vanescente peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e. Une culture, un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, une nation, un peuple et m\u00eame un \u00e9difice peuvent dispara\u00eetre dans un laps de temps donn\u00e9 ou l\u2019espace d\u2019un instant, mais il existe toujours des moyens de r\u00e9appara\u00eetre, faisant de l&#8217;impermanence une opportunit\u00e9 de transmutation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019art offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9incarnation \u00e0 travers son potentiel expressif. En ce sens, il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;explorer les moyens de faire face \u00e0 l&#8217;absence de ce qui \u00e9tait autrefois solide et incarn\u00e9, et qui n&#8217;est plus d\u00e9sormais qu&#8217;une image \u00e9vanescente dans notre esprit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00c9vanescences &#8211; Modos de desvanecimiento<\/em>, tel un bourgeon qui pousse inexorablement, offre une myriade de possibilit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019interroge sur les fa\u00e7ons d\u2019affronter les processus radicaux de destruction et de transformation. Sur la face ext\u00e9rieure, les aiguilles marquaient le passage des heures pour les habitants de la ville d\u2019Ivry, sur la face int\u00e9rieure, elles rythmaient la journ\u00e9e de travail des ouvriers. Lorsqu\u2019en 2014 <strong>Estefan\u00eda Pe\u00f1afiel Loaiza <\/strong>fut invit\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une exposition au Cr\u00e9dac (centre d\u2019art situ\u00e9 sur un \u00e9tage de l\u2019un des b\u00e2timents), une partie de son projet consista \u00e0 remonter cette horloge et \u00e0 enregistrer la subtilit\u00e9 des gestes des deux sp\u00e9cialistes en horlogerie qui furent embauch\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet.
