The old headquarters of the Central Bank of Japan in Hiroshima is one of the very few buildings that were not destroyed following the explosion of the atomic bomb. The bank continued to function in this building for decades until it became a cultural centre. Inside, you can still find pieces of furniture and other practical objects abandoned in their original place. To carry out this intervention, the surface of the shelves of an old filing cabinet was completely covered in a certain type of white \u201cdust\u201d made totally from the \u201ccrumbs\u201d that result from the act of erasing.<\/p>\n
