During my stay at the city of Fiac, within the frame of the festival à Fiac + si affinités, I stamped on the foliage of several trees in the city center a phrase written in Greek characters: “Υπάρχει Λόγος”. This phrase, which can be translated as “there are reasons”, was regularly evoked by Greek protesters during the protests that took place in Athens during 2008. The trees will keep these words for a few months, then the leaves will fall and eventually disappear, blown by the wind.
