Using a double exposure procedure, the images superpose views of the Montperrin psychiatric hospital photographed in past and present times. Among these images, some were taken by the artist inside two construction sites currently being built at the hospital, while the others have been extracted from old documentary films giving testimony of the hospital’s history and its transformations during the last 70 years.
